Can you please help with this?
mona@pascal:~/computer_vision/tf-faster-rcnn/lib$ sudo pip2 install numpy The directory '/home/mona/.cache/pip/http' or its parent directory is not owned by the current user and the cache has been disabled. Fixed by using the following command:
$ export CFLAGS="-I /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/numpy/core/include $CFLAGS" 1There is a chance that you may not have installed numpy correctly. Try uninstalling and then installing it again using:
sudo apt install python3-numpy
